The east facade is composed of abundant glass with limestone accents to maximize the waterfront views of Lake Washington, the Bellevue skyline, and Mount Rainier.
The Client’s design goal was to build a lakefront home which is Modern and refined, with a sense of substance and permanence. The primary materials are concrete for the lower subterranean floor and a hybrid wood/steel frame above. The exterior is clad in prefabricated limestone panels and aluminum framed glazing.
